Royale Roulette rules

According to the rules of roulette, the players in the game try to guess the possible winning numbers and make their bets accordingly. The winning number is defined when the ball launched by the dealer falls into one of the black or red color pockets on the roulette wheel. The Royale Roulette wheel has 36 pockets representing numbers from 1 to 36 and a single zero ('0').

After the bets are made and the ball stops spinning, the dealer announces the winning number and either distributes payments or puts away the bets that have lost.

In Royal roulette casino game players can make their bets on certain numbers (or groups of numbers) on a roulette table layout. Thus the two types of bets are defined - inside bets and outside bets. Inside bets are made either on a single number from 1 to 36 or on a small group of numbers from 2 to 6 depending on their vicinity on the layout:

  • Straight bets made on a single number pay 35 to 1,
  • Split bets made on two numbers situated next to each other pay 17 to 1,
  • Street bets on three numbers pay 11 to 1,
  • Corner bets made on four numbers pay 8 to 1 and
  • Line bets made on six numbers at the same time pay 5 to 1.

So, inside bets are the most profitable and at the same time the most risky bets.

Outside bets are:

  • bets on color (Black or Red),
  • Even or Odd bets,
  • Low or High (numbers 1 to 18 and 19 to 36 respectively),
  • Column bets - 1st, 2nd and 3rd 12 numbers on the table layout,
  • Dozen bets on three vertical lines each comprising twelve numbers.

Outside bets are considered to be less risky even though they pay less - 2 to 1 for Columns and Dozens or even 1 to 1 for Even/Odd, Black/Red and Low/High bets.

Progressive Jackpot

What Royale Roulette is distinguished for is that it has an extra 'progressive jackpot' bet for players who wish to increase their winnings. This bet is made beside the main bet and can also be either inside or outside. This bet may only be won if the number the player has chosen comes out five times running.

Unlike the standard bet, progressive jackpot is valued not in coins but in 'credits'. These credits may be accumulated to a considerable amount. If the number comes out five times running, the player will take the whole sum. At the same time, it is possible that weeks or even months may pass until some lucky guy gets progressive jackpot.
